DIFFERENT GENERATIONS & DIVERSITY IN "ON THIS DAY" AND IN OUR FILMCREW

Our protagonists in ON THIS DAY tell their memories, their personal stories and their reflection on global events.

Different perspectives on the topics are given. It is important to us to show a wide range in our documentary.

Diversity is a key of it. The ages of our protagonists range from 20-80 years. Both women and men, as well as East and West and various religions appears in ON THIS DAY.

They show us different point of views on Chernobyl, the Gladbeck drama, the fall of the Berlin Wall and 9/11 and further events our protagonists still can remember.

Since we deal with the MEDIATIZED TESTIMONY and deal with our own handling of the news and its development as well as our changes in everyday life, it is important to us: to learn from all generations, ethnic groups and genders their view of how they see the world.

To bring the documentary with it´s various subjects closer to a large audience.

In order to be able to implement ON THIS DAY as we would like it to be, we decided to work in a diverse and cross-generational team.

It is refreshing to bring different perspectives on our film project from the crew. So that we can implement our film project even better in terms of quality.
